Tariff based on up to 4 sharing per week, each additional person up to 6 is £25 per person per week extra. Short and longer lets may be possible, especially out of season. Please contact us to discuss terms and availablity.
A set of bed linen, towels and tea towels is provided.
Electricity, gas and central heating are included in the fee.
Pint of milk, tea, coffee and sugar is provided for your first cuppa. We can also get other basic provisions on request, at actual cost.
25% of total holiday fee is required with the booking form.
This is only refundable if the accommodation is unavailable.
We will send a receipt for the deposit and confirm the booking date and let you know when the balance is due.
Please pay balance in full 6 weeks before your holiday date. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-let if the balance is not forthcoming.
No extra charge for electricity, gas and central heating.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance that includes a cancellation facility. If you cancel your holiday we will try to re-let, so please let us know as soon as possible. However, the deposit is non-returnable.
Should you have to cancel, the following cancellation charges apply:
6 - 4 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total holiday cost
4 - 2 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total holiday cost
2 weeks or less prior to arrival - 100% of total holiday cost
Please aim to arrive between 3.00 and 4.00pm. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please advise as early as possible.
Please vacate by 11.00 am. on your departure date
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal equipment or property.
Guide and Assistance dogs are welcome, but we are unable to accept other pets.
A £50 "damage" deposit is required with your final balance. This will be returned in full within 10 days of your departure date, if there is no breakage or damage. Please let us know about breakages and damage as they occur and we would be grateful if you could leave the bungalow as clean as possible on departure.
For the comfort of all our guests we have a "No Smoking" policy within the bungalow.
